Most HVAC shops are live in 14 days on the base plan, 3–4 weeks on Yellow-billed, and 6–8 weeks for full operational rollouts on Large Grey. We ship in working slices so your team uses it as we build.

Can you integrate with QuickBooks, Stripe, and our existing tools?+

Yes. QuickBooks, Stripe, Twilio, Google Calendar, supplier catalogs, smart thermostats — if it has an API, we wire it in. Integrations are included in Yellow-billed and Large Grey plans.

What happens to our data if we leave?+

It's yours. Full database export, any time, no lock-in. We'll even help you migrate off if it ever comes to that. The monthly fee is for hosting, support, and changes — not access to your own data.

Do techs need training?+

The field app is built for one-handed use on a phone in a crawlspace. Most techs are productive on day one. We run a 30-min onboarding for office staff and stay on call during your first week live.

What does the monthly fee cover?+
