Who we are

Babbler is operated by Steinn Lab S.L. We build custom software for small and mid-sized businesses. You can reach us at abhishek@steinnlabs.com.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, company, message) when you email us or book a call.
• Basic analytics about your visit (pages viewed, device, country, referrer) collected via standard web analytics and ad platforms.
• Cookies used for analytics, conversion tracking, and remembering preferences. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and deliver work you've engaged us for.
• To measure which marketing channels and pages perform well.
• To keep the site secure and detect abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run the business: hosting (Lovable / Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), scheduling (Cal.com), and analytics/ad platforms (Google). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we have an active relationship plus up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained per the provider's defaults (typically 14 months).

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email abhishek@steinnlabs.com and we'll action your request within 30 days.

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
